Within the activities of the first milestone of the second commitment  related to enhancing civic participation, Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship conducted a discussion circle with governmental  bodies on 20/9/2022  concerning the structure of the e- consultation platform. the discussion circle was held face-to-face at the Ministry and was attended by representatives of various governmental institutions, focal points at Impact Evaluation Unit at Prime Ministry, Legislation and Opinion Bureau, and Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. 
During the discussion session, a presentation was delivered by the team of Ministry of Digital Economy, the presentation included a draft of the platform structure and functions, then a discussion took place among the participants to develop a comprehensive  conceptualization of the e-platform in a participatory manner, obtain recommendations and feedback of relevant governmental bodies.
